Brown Algae

New tank has been running for 12 days 25 Gallon Aquapod, 70watt MH Light, Live rock, Live sand, 3 Damsils fish.

I run the light about 5-7 hours a day, all of a sudden brown algae on glass and live sand & rock!

Is this normal and will it go away by itself or what should I do?

Any help would be appreciated.

Yeah, Mr. X has the right link there. This part of the cylce has to be the ugliest one. Hang in there, practice patience and focus on the road ahead..
