I have just bought a tank and I wondered if anybody can tell me what the best way is to calcalute how much liverock I would need for a tank of 80x80x80 cm. 512 litres.
Some people say around a pound of rock per gallon. But that depends on the density of the rock, the shape, and how you want your tank to look. It is really up to you based on how open you want your tank to appear.
