Does anyone have a good site to shop on line for fish and corals? My LFS is very expensive and I was hoping that some on line site was much more reasonable in cost. Anyone have exceptional good luck with any particular store? I am so affraid to try to shop on line for fear my critters will arive dead. Thanks everyone

IF you are looking for corals I would suggest trying to find local reefers. You should get a good deal with good healty corals.

the only bummer about ordering corals is the shipping they have to be shipped in water and they have to get there fast so your coral might only cost 50 bucks but the shipping will be an extra 50 bucks now your cheap coral just turned into a $$$

I have to say -- I've been having great luck with Liveaquaria. The one fish that arrived dead was promptly refunded. One fish that died over night was refunded. No questions asked. My corals have been beautiful. The shipping is about $40, but a round trip to the closest fish store with any corals at all is $30, and their selection is pitiful. I've ordered from them about 5 times now. I did receive a shipment yesterday. The temp outside was 11. The shipping water was a little chillier than I would have liked, but all are doing great this morning.

I use Liveaquaria nearly everytime I add livestock. Anything that hasn't made it past the 14 day guarantee has been refunded without any questions. Their quality is top notch, it's in their best interest. I live in metro Atlanta where we have several really nice stores, but you cant beat a 14 day guarantee. I usually wait to order a few things at a time, that way the shipping costs aren't a factor compared to buying the same livestock locally. Reguardless, always quarantine.

Dry goods always come from PremiuimAquatics.com.

there is a sister site to this one if you wanted to check it out, frags.org I actually had a great expirience on this site so far. I meet new people and i get great deals from people who frag out there corals. Everything I have bought from somebody is still alive and in great shape. you have to do some snooping around and send a few emails but it is worth it if you can find somebody close to you also some people ship but I would want to see it before I buy. good luck
