i just bought some rock and it has quite a few bristle worms on it. i threw a piece or two in my new fuge, and the rest went into the hospital tank.
this rock was in an established tank for 6 years, but apparently, it was recently neglected.
so..my question is, are these good for my fuge, to dig in the dirt and such, or are they bad news?

Seconding Trido, they are good. Just be careful that you dont touch them as they sting like hell! Try and keep them confined to your 'fuge if you can as they can possibly injure fish like wrasses and jawfish that sleep in/ sift through your sand.
