My tank is a 75gallon, I have
260 Watt PC 50/50 10000K / Actinic
250X2 Watt 10000k Metal Halide with 2X110W VHO Actinic
for about 1000 watts, about 13 watts per gallon now.
how should I time this setup?
I'm worried about over-lighting

IMO after the MH and VHO your just wasting electricity. The PC lights dont have the penetration to the bottom. YOu could just get rid of them and (possibly) wire your VHO ballast for a third light. Thats what I did on my 120.
When I did have the same set up as you, however. I ran my VHOs for 13 hours, PCs for 11 1/2 and MH for 9 1/2. With about 45 minutes between start and shutoff times to give a fade in/out affect. You can probably run your MH as little as 6 hours a day if you want.
