HELP!!!!!!

I have a 75 Gallon FOWLR and I have developed a problem that I had with my 65 awhile back. I have Red Slime Alge growing all over my sand, I have tried to use the Red Slime Remover and it did not help, what else can I do to remove this stuff that is driving me crazy????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? :twisted: :twisted: :twisted: :twisted: :twisted:

I have a magnum 350, and a Cascade 700, plus on powerhead

Do you have the GPH ratings on those? The magnum is a canister filter? What is the cascade 700?

another type of canister filter I am not sure of the gpm for the power head but the magnum is 350 GPH and the Cascade is 150 GPh

More flow would help. Get up to more than 750 GPH total and you should start seeing an improvement. If it were me I would go for closer to 2000 gph.

Absolutely. If you have a FOWLR, no need to put lights on unless you're watching it. Skim like crazy too.
