i just got a green star polyp. it's a little beauty. actually, this pic doesn't do it justice. anyway, medium or high flow?
i have it in a pretty high flow area. any advice would be appreciated.

I have mine on a medium ish flow. If the flow is to light the can get algae growth on them, which is of course bad. I have mine about 15 inches away from a maxi jet 1200 that has a hydor on it. When it makes its turn it hits it really hard. Mine has been doing really well. I will give you a pic from an old link in a min.

bleedingthought is right. I had mine under 250W DE, with Tunze Streams and they did great, but I know people have had them under power compacts with maxijets and they've also done very well.

That was my old set up, and it did work well.
