Hi guys im total beginner, setting up my first nano reef,

would like some help identifying hitchhiker on my live rock

looks like a worm or something, creeps out of hole in rock only a few mm then shoots back inside, have seen jets of bubbles leaving the hole aswell.

any ideas?

Looks like a bristle worm. You can go to the worm site here and look at pictures.

I dunno, that doesn't look like a bristle worm to me, more like an amphipod. How big would you say it is?
