Refugium Lighting

I just incorporated a refugium into my system and was wondering what the best type of lighting is for growing macroalgae. The LFS told me a 6500K daylight bulb would be best for growing macroalgae while others have said use a 50/50 bulb. What are your opinions?

I was using a 96W 50/50 PC and switched to a 6500K 19W over my 30G fuge. My Cheato grows better under the 19 watter.
