lighting question

My 55 has been up and running for 3 months now. So far so good.
I was considering some soft corals. I got my light from a friend.
It is a Current containing 2 65 W 10,000K/460nm actinic CF tubes.
I was looking at the corals at Liveaquaria and they list their coral lighting requirements as low, moderate, high.

Would my light be considered moderate?
I was considering a star polyp to start with.
Any other good beginner corals?

I would consider it low. With that lighting you should stick to leathers, mushrooms and zoanthids.

kinda also depends on the depth of your tank, and how far the corals are from the top.
