New Clowns with problems

Hi all, I have been slowly slowly building up my nano tank over the past year.
The pet shop sold me a pair of clowns. We have been waiting a long time for these guys and were very exceited to get them at last...
One had a black mark on his lip which I pointed out and was told he may have been bitten by another fish. We brought them anyway feeling sorry for him... A bit like Nomo and his little fin.
The healthy fish happily played in the aneome but the other one hid and was occasionally charged at by the healthy fish. Two days later and the healthy fish has a very tatty rear fin and the one with the poor lip now has what looks like a full moustach that is going grey/fluffy white.
My other fish are fine and are all peaceful, not aggressive at all.
Have I caused big problems in my tank? Could this spread to the others?
How will my aneome cope?
You have all helped me in the past.... What should I do....

FWIW, your anemone will be fine without a clown. They can[/] live together, but they don't have to. (The same goes for the Clown fish, btw.) I'd keep a good eye on that clown fish for starters, and possibly would not have bought the fish to begin with from the LFS. On the same token, I've had fish that had injuries, and it healed with out further incident.

It's hard to tell if what that one clown fish has is contagious or not. Can you snap a picture and post it?

It sounds like it could be a fungal infection, here is a thread with some links to pictures:

A picture would be very helpful, also more info about the size of your tank, water parameters, etc.
