Yup.. ive always used superglue GEL. Just take out the rock.. the frag.. dry the end of the frag and the rock.. .put the gel on the rock and push the frag in... Keep it ouside the water for about10 secs .. the put it back in. the glue will cure underwater
It depends on the frag? SPS are easily attached using super glue gel. I like to hold softies down with bridal veil. I have a yellow figi leather that attached in 3 days last week using the veil stuff.
Be sure to place the frag in a higher flow area while it heals?
I'm going to try fragnets. They are very powerfull tiny magnets. One is glued to the rock, the other to the frag. This way, I can move them around the tank without too much difficulty. Here is the website.
For SPS super glue gel. I put a big blob on the end, let it haze overt them puch it on the rock where I want it. You need to hold it for a little while. For LPS, super glue gle of epoxy stick, depending on the coral size. For Softies tieing them down with deltal floss works. It;s kind of a feel thing, to hard and you will cut them, two soft and the will float out. Super glue liquir works to get leather on to small rocks. Take ot the rock and frag. Dry them with a paper towl then glue them together. Give a few minutes to let the glue set then put back in your tank. The rock can then be put inplace using epoxy.
