new start up question

Hi all got a question about diatoms,my tank is about a week and half old and i was wondering if the gold brown algae is this the normal start up algae.
because the brown stuff seams to collect air bubbles and slowly release them,all my water checks out and i am using ro/do for make-up.

That's normal for start-up. Get yourself a clean-up crew to take care of it.

Of course, be sure to wait until all of your Amm. NO2 and NO3 readings are at 0
