Is the rock new to the tank/lighting? My guess would be its just die off of some sort due to it being new and/or a lighting issue. If your nitrate and nitrite and ammonia are all right I would say its ok. If no one has told you yet:

well the rock has been in the tank for about 2months already. the nitrate, nitrite and amonia are ok. it might be the light. i thought that those compacts would be ok for this small size of a tank

IMO the lighting you have is ok for a fish only, or low light corals tank. The rock is probably just adjusting to your light and some things that were use to high light will die off and some things will acclimate and be ok.

Coraline grows and dies just like any plant. IMO it is normal for white (dieing coraline) to appear in parts of the tank. My tank has benn set up for a year and I have white spots in the coraline all over. It comes and goes. I wouldnt worry about it.
