After a 6 or 7 year leave of absence from reefkeeping, just finished resetting up my tank again. Need to see what you all think about it.
Had to replace equiptment I had on it from before. Will go into detail below.
1) 46gallon bowfront tank, not drilled.
2) 192w pc hood 1-atinic/1-10k
3) Standpipe modified CPR CS50 overflow w/2 aqualifter pumps(case 1 gets clogged)
4) 24"x10"x17" Profuge Package
Includes American made acrylic refugium,all plumbing and hoses,multi directional output diffuser,3.5" x 17"Protein skimmer w/ pump-(Replaces CPR Bak-Pack), power compact lighting system and 600 gph submersible pump. http://www.protein-skimmer.com/shopping ... detail.asp
5) 1/5hp Chiller
6) Using mag 7 as system pump atm. 600gph pump might use, if can figure out fittings, & cat proof it.
7) Custom ato, (being rebuilt atm-leaks)
8) 60lbs Carrib Live Sand-50lbs Fiji live rock on order, 10lbs old dead live rock in tank atm. (base I guess)
9) 100gal ro/di unit working overtime atm.
10) Koralia 2 x 2 in tank (Replaced the 4 rio's that I had)
Ok, years of reading & patience. Taking the plunge & will be asking more ?'s soon. What you all think? Pix below if I can add em.
