I got this xenia stalk two weeks ago - It divided in two after one week, then yesterday, both stalks stopped pulsing and are now shriveled (less than 1/2 inch tall)- Everything else seems fine in the tank
SG = 1.024
pH = 8.2
NH3 = 0 ppm
NO3 < 5 ppm
PO4 < 0.2 ppm
Ca = 450 ppm

What should I do?

Looks alright to me. Some Xenia stop pulsing for no reason, and will resume for no reason.

Watch for infection (whitish, dead tissue on the side and feater), as well as other critter that may bother it. Otherwise, there is not much to worry about.

I have found IMO they like dirty water, water that is a little higher in nitrates then most of us have or want.
