I currently have two clowns in the tank, if I add a Coral Beauty and a six lined wrasse will they all get along? Furthermore, will a Coral Beauty be too aggressive if I add a Yellow Tang later in the process?

My fiance wants a royal gramma or dottyback, will either one of these fish get along with a six lined wrasse?

Thank you in advance

You didn't mention how large the tank was or what type of clowns, but just a few things that come to mind...

Six lines have a reputation for getting nasty. I wouldn't be surprised if this fish becomes a problem with some of its tankmates down the road - particularly a gramma/dottyback. If you try one and want a gramma as well, I'd add it after the gramma.

Some Coral Beauties can be a bit aggressive, but I wouldn't expect a lot of trouble given the other fish on your list.

Grammas can be a bit shy and are cave/rock dwellers so they don't always show themselves much other than feeding time.

If you go with a dottyback I'd stick with one of the more peaceful captive raised varieties like an Orchid.

Adding the tang after the angel is a good idea IME.

it is a 54 gallon reef ready corner aquarium with a 20 gallon sump, protein skimmer, deep sand refugium, UV sterilizer (not implemented)...

Currently I have two wild true percs. I plan on adding a coral beauty angel, six lined wrasse, royal gramma, and a yellow tang; in that order...

What are everyone's thoughts?

I would definitely add the sixline after the gramma (or better yet, skip the gramma and go with the dottyback instead) and eliminate the tang from the list. This tank doesn't provide enough swimming room for a tang.

Yes, your tank is too small for the Tang long term.
As Chris indicated, Sixlines should always be added last. An exception being if for instance an Argi angel was going in there - they're always a good candidate for last fish, even in the presence of a Sixline.

Consider an Argi or Acanthops - excellent fish for small tanks.

Consider the Argi or Acanthops over the Coral Beauty Angel. Don't keep both species of angels together. They'll kill each other.

Yep! Should have mentioned that.
Scrappy little fish, but tough as nails.

Haha now my phrasing is poor. You can get the Coral Beauty. I meant that if you get one of the other two, don't get the Coral Beauty because they'll kill each other. Vice versa works too. If you get the Coral Beauty, don't get one of the other two.

On the flipside, you can get a trio of argi or acanthops! 8) One male, two females - or just a pair.
