Are two 150W heaters sufficient for a 120 gallon tank with 40 gallon sump?

I would say as long as the room temp never goes below about 73F or so
Generally 5W per gallon can raise the temp up to 10F degrees

I used two 250w titanium heaters and saw them come on a fair amount of time last winter. Room was kept between 69-70 degrees.
