what kind of vinegar can I use to wash my equipment?

basically any kind of vinegar since you rinse your equiptment afterwards anyways...but white vinegar is most likely the cheapest

Any brand of white distilled vinegar is fine. (it's actually clear btw..) Heinz makes the best know brand and most supermarkets have their own store brand.
You can also dilute the vinegar by 50% with warm/hot water so you don't have to buy so much, but it usually takes a bit longer to clean your stuff if you do it this way.
