phosban bad?

hi all. tryin to lower my phosphates in my tank. im at about .5 now bc of how i have to blast the tank for my sun corals. anyway will phosban hurt any corals? i remember reading that aluminum oxide did, i was wondering if ferric did to any corals. also i have a cheato fuge, will running a reactor kill off my cheato since they need phates to live?

It should be fine.

MAKE SURE YOU DISCARD THE FIRST GALLON OR TWO that flows through the GFO. Then you should be ok. Also, don't let the media tumble aggressively.

It won't hurt your corals but you should less than the suggested portion so you don't shock your corals. Also like Russ said don't let it tumble aggressively because if particles get into your DT they can irritate the corals.
