I have a 20gallon high sps frags dominated tank. Currently I'm using sunpod lighting fixture with Phoniex 150w 14000k HQI DE. Like the growth and color for now.

Thinking of upgrading to 150w 20000k Radium or XM bulb to bring out Sps colors. I have purple, pink and green birdnest, couple of acro, and monti digitata. Would 20000k be too blue and dim and would it slow the grow of my frags? Which 20000k bulb is recommended?

I would think that the 20K would be too blue. On my SPS tank I have 10K and 20K combos (ushio bulbs) and like it alot. VHO actinics are also present.

Your present 14K is a happy intermediate. Changing the bulb may not bring out any more color based on what you say above (but I am making a huge leap saying this without looking at a pic or the SPS themselves).

Yes, my Phoniex 150w HQI 14k is actually quite good. Colors are nice but I was just wondering if the colors may pop out more with more blue light ( 20k).

My pink stylo looks reddish rather pink.
My pink Pocil looks brown
Purple acro is flat.
Blue Tip Stag blue is nice though. Blue looks good.
Blue bottlebrush acro coloring are light, not solid.

That's why I'm looking at 20k.

I have the 14k on my nano.. supposedly the phoneix says on the package that you do not need to supplement with atinics but I do anyways with a 36w atinic 03 and 10k.. colors do come out with this combo.. I was not to happy with the 20k..
