ok.. have 3 questions...

1) what is this? the pics 1 n 2.. looks like a snail.. but long with tho little horns.. I wasn;t sure what are those.. I found 4 so far I removed them..

I checked http://www.manhattanreefs.com/forum/reefs-beginners/14406-hitchhikers-guide.html , but wasn't able to find something similar..

2) third pic.. i found 2.. should I take them out.. ? BTW .. that pic is not of my tank..

3) my RBTA is behind a rock and not receiving enough light.. i know they move until they find the perfect spot.. it was doing that.. but now Im afraid it will die.. should I re-arrenge the rocks.. ?

Thanks a lot..

The pic you need to be concerned with is pic # 3..those eggs belong to the nudi that is NEXT to them..it EATS ZOAS!!!

Note the green color of the Nudi - that is beacuse it just finished eating some of your green zoas (they take on the color of what they have eaten & it makes it hard for you to see them)

You need to get some Lugols dip - today if possible -- follow the directions on the bottle & dip ALL of your zoas.

The Lugols will kill the adults but it won't kill the eggs..you will need to SCRAPE off ALL of the eggs that you find on your zoa colonies. Your pic clearly shows what their egg clusters look like.

I was looking at the circled item.

Obviously...:fishhit: lol

Javier...you're RBTA will come back out when & where he feels like it, no point in moving the rock. He won't sit back there and die unless something is wrong with him already & moving the rocks wouldn't change that.

just to be safe.. i should get Lugols .. and threat all my zoas.. but I just want to emphazise that i found something that looks like "eggs" but nothing that looks like nudi.. but again i do not want to lose my zoas.. now the nudi should be around the zoas.. what if it hides on the rocks.. should I threat my other corals , too?

I have:
candy cream, clove polyps, hammer, frogspawn, torch, leather, cocoworms, favia. mushroom, star polyps, green buble, RBTA..

Thanks.

I do not know that you can treat corals other than zoas with Lugols, please do a search on it before you do so. I know it is safe with the zoas if you follow the directions.
Zoa eating nudi's only eat zoas..I believe.
Don't forget that you need to scrape off the eggs.
