Lighting cycle?

I'm setting up a new 72g tank, planning on having both hard and soft corals. I have 2x250 Halides 10K, 2 T5 actinics 28w each, 9 white LED and 9 blue LED. Not sure how many hours should every light be on and if they should be on together ... etc what's the best cycle?

i have same thing run my actinics for 10 hours and my mhs for 7 hours and led 24 7

Do you run the halides with the actinics at the same time?

yes they are on for 10 hours
