I ordered 2 clamps for my power head like 3-4 weeks ago from Germany! How long does shipping take??? Im getting so pissed of. I paid for somthing that didnt even come yet! any info please?

Well..MR didn't ship them to you....soooo... why not contact customer service where you ordered them and ask..or was this strictly a rhetorical question?
