]hey all. have a question here. i have a sulfur denitrator and am wondering if they can cause harm to a tank. it did a great job of bring my trates to 0 but now im thinking it may be messing up my tank. my whole house smells like rotten eggs. the tank water smells. i have zoos melting all over the place my corals and anemones look stressed. my water paramters are all good. has anyone had any bad effects from these? i mean cant the sulfur build up in the water and if so would this be harmful? i have a midwest denitrator and an aquaripure.

Sulfur sucks...I like Methanol... Natureef baby...
i have that one too and its a major pain in the ass as well. the output is always clogging up on me. the seams split once and poured the aquarium onto my floor. anyways, why do u hate the sulfur?
