(Bottom left corner) They just ate, which is why they are so long. usually, there is no red/orange viewable b/c yellow is everywhere.
I have a white sac, or ball growing from the bottom of my sun polyps. Its almost the size of a grape, maybe even looks like moss(when I look close, appears to be a web w/ holes).
Any Idea(I think its bc of the trapped food that may have been stuck under the rock.

not bad, it's a sponge, it's just hangs out and filters the water. they don't get very big, well at least the ones I've seen don't.

I would just leave it, I have a few different looking sponges in my tank. They are just filter feeders and some are attached to the same rock as my suncorals.

nsiegel5, I've had a sponge attached to a rock with some zoas I had and the sponge grew up towards the light. It didn't grow over the zoas but between them and it did get pretty large. As far as I could see it did harm the zoas at all.
