SO, JBJ came out with a new 28 gallon...

Google it and look at the improvements...just to name some:

150W HQl metal halide light with 4/night leds. The LEDS are on a separately ballast for timer purposes and located on all four corners...
Protein skimmer
4 cooling fans with a thermal protection chip to avoid over heating...
2 powerheads and dual return nozzles one on each side...

Also, you can purchase the canopy separately for your 24Gal Deluxe nano....I think I just might since I was looking into replacing the lights anyway!

Let me know if I am just too darn excited about this!!

Ok, well it was new TO ME...and I thought I might share it. Since I had a few members tell me to swtich to Metal Halide lighting, but I would have to change my canopy on the 24G nano...now I don't have too. I can replace the old canopy and lighting with the new one.

if anything is new in nano land it is the solana by current. Maybe you may wanna check that one out too.

The jbj is pretty nice. My friend purchased one a few months ago. He's kept everything stock right now, but he likes it. He had an ap before but with the HQI lights it's brought out the colors of the corals he has already. He grows sps, lps and palys/zoos with no prob lem.
