once my tank is fully cycled in a month or so i plan to add a rbta and a black clownfish as its first inhabitants other than the clean up crew. my question is threefold, first is 216w of t5 lighting enough? secondly once i get it do i just place it on my live rock and then let it pick the place it wants? lastly i have 2900gph of turnover, that should be enough flow for almost any coral in a 72g right?

You should wait 6 to 9 month to ESTABLISH the tank before you add a BTA of any kind.
if you never had on before please read up as much as possible..

you can do zoa's shroons and ect, but look at where you want your tank to be in a year, and if it contains having corals you can have yet then wait to start buying corals and see if you can keep fish alive first

Go slow. You can not add much when a tank just finishes cycling. You have a long way to go before it can be called an established tank. Read before you buy. And that includes clean up crews which really do not clean up so make sure you understand what you are getting and what their purpose is. The only thing that is going to keep your tank clean is you.
