Depends if you are planning a reef or FOWLR tank, and how heavy you stock it.

I have a ETSS Reef Devil (No pump-Needs Mag7) for $75
Riser tube was replaced, after weldon used to seal joint, I added extra silicon.

well i baught the other one its on the way, well my friend gav me tom aquatic rapids pro wet/dry skimmer 3 that he used for curing rocks, i like it but it bubbles time to time.i hav 35lbs of sand and 70-75lbs of rock ive had the tank since aug up and running, a few corals not many and osme fish
