anemone?

i'm interested in getting one but which ones are reef safe & colorful.

Some people say no anemone is completely reef safe. My carpet had a run in with my fungia and came off second best. But my Rose Bubbletip has been fine and has left the other corals alone. It's a beautiful color and you can get some really colorful ones on the web (zoanuts.com) but they're pricy. Plus, Bubbletip Anemones are meant to be the easiest of the anemones to keep.

my vote would be rbta but you've got to have an established tank with good water parameters and good lighting. feeding them helps too

Both rose and green are some easier to manage ones. Once settled, they don't usually move unless you change the environment a bit.

I have a few GBTA's, all on 1 rock. Place them at top level near lights in good flow. Keep them happy & they don't move. The green ones look really nice under actinics. Bubbletips are probably the easiest to keep.

Yeah, they coexist fine in my tank - just make sure their both bubbletips
