Phosphate Control

ok, so I bought a phosban reactor, phosban, tubing and have a pump (powerhead) already. I have a refugium on the back of a 26 gallon bowfront. Where does one put this thing? Also, my levels of phosphate are 0.03mg/L.

Any suggestions?

I have a 20G doin the same thing just hang it on the back or side ... thats what im gonna do ...
