30 watt PC 3500k or 15 watt (65 equiv)PC 6500k for chaeto

As the question states currently I am using a 3500k 30 watt PC for my chaeto in my sump and its seems to be growing good. After reading some info, some people suggested 6500k or 5600k for this.

So I bought a 15 watt PC (65 equiv) 6500 but when but when changing my bulb I realized mine is 3500k is that better for algae?

15 watt 6500k or 30 watt 3500k PC bulb for chaeto?

I believe either 5500k or 6500k should provide the best growth of chaeto.

I was just wondering because it seems much dimmer than the 3500k and is 15 watts less, so I wasnt sure
