PLEASE HELP with lighting!!!

I have a 29g tank with LR & fish only. I'm having trouble finding the right lighting for this tank and i don't wanna really spend a lot. I'm just gonna have your basic corals such as (mushrooms, polyp... etc) and Bulb Anemone.
