need help!!!!!

i have a question , everynight when i turn off the lights to my aquarium i notice little shrimp on my back wall. is this bad??? could they be mantis shrimp???

I'm assuming you mean little as in 1" cm or smaller little. If so, they would be ampipods and copepods Good stuff.

im just scared cause i caught a big mysis shrimp in my rock
about two months ago and hope that there isnt more.

A big mysis? That would be good. Mysis shrimp are great food for fish and coralls. We often feed frozen Mysis shrimp. They sound like pods. They are a sign of a healthy tank. Leave them be.

the mantis that i took out 2 months ago looked like that. the ones i have now are amphipods. how did they get in my tank??

I may be mistaken, but I believe that the above pic is a pistol shrimp.

They usually come as hitchhikers on live rock or corals.
