what glue is safe for sw?

need to glue a few small items. dont want to open a tube of silcone because it dries out and leaks for a small project. what else can i use, is crazy glue ok, saw this mentioned and i have few half open tubes

Cyanoacrylate or crazy glue gell is good for mounting frags, Aquasticks are good for mounting colonies to rock and also for joining rocks together. Aquarium sealant is good for sealing aquariums.

There is a ton of others out there, what are you doing so we can suggest the proper adhesive for your application?

i believe the gel type works but then I really dont know as I only use Locite Super Glue Gel

Oh yeah on the same note can you use a hot glue gun to join an extra large airline hose to a skimmer pump? My airline hose connection fell off on my 90 gallon, pvc cement and crazy glue gel don't work too well at holding it together for very long. Can I use a hot glue gun or is there a better method?

killer, i used shoe goo for attaching my hose to the outlet of my skimmer or you could use thin CA but will loosen over time.... for me shoe goo worked the best.... bonds rubber to rubber but still removable.....asfor corals all i use is BSI Gel

first thing i am gluing is a mod on the aquaclear to a fuge, but have lots of small tubes of glue so just wanted to see what i can use without opening the aquarium silcone. thanks for the ideas, steve

IC-Gel, Boston Aqua Glue, Ocean wonders ( Currently using ) ...
