how long to keep lights on

I would like to know how long to keep lights on here is the light source
Two 24 Watt SlimPaq 10K and two 24 Watt 460nm Actinic lamps
2 LED moonlights with blue or white interchangeable lenses. The power to the LEDs is supplied by an automatic photocell. what do I set the actinics on and the slimpaqs on just keeping zoos acans mushroons and sps corals thanks John

I get the best colors at 12hours on the regular system but on the rail system I get about 6 to 8hrs..

I use a short photo period....have experimented with 5,6,7,8 and found that 6 is just right for me and my halides...:splitspin

I just got my Current Sundial 4x24W T5 lighting fixture for my 26 gallon bowfront. I was searching for what the standard lightning cycle was for this kind of setup but was confused by the answers (rail vs regular system etc..).

I was hoping someone could provide me with the best strategy. Right now it looks like:

1 hour 460nm --- 6-8 hours both --- 1 hour 460nm
