pump for ato controller?

can anyone advise what pump to use for ato controller?
currently have a 75gal fowlr

I got a rio 1400 is that too much? Cause it always seems to be too much water in sump after ato activates. Or is it just the settings

Any of the maxijets will do the trick for an ato. Use the one that draws the least electricity and can handle the length and height of the run from reserve tank to your sump....:splitspin...

Minijets are fine too.The 404 or the 606.

All depends on the height you have to pump the topoff water to. MOST of the time the Maxijets will work. The smallest Marineland pumps will work too.
