According to the directions- shut off all mechanical and skimmers. Then just leave the current on and let it mix for an hour.

how do you dissolve the product .comes out gooee in the water when i use it.
then floats on top.

yea it does. I had my powerhead on and it eventually looks like it mixed it. But I didnt really like how it worked. So thats why i am going to try to exchange it or get my money back. If I cant i make do with it. Plus everyone says it puts in too much excess nutrients and to top it off it doesnt fee my acans and other LPS.

I just bought this based on my LFS reccomendation. I have not even opened it because the last thing I need is more nutrients. I have algae to deal with already.

I have one mushroom coral.

i wouldn't worry about feeding the mushroom coral

I used this stuff for a while and it just fuelled my cyano, As above mushrooms will live happily all day long on floating detrius and excess food waste from the fish.

Suffice to say i binned the bottle as it was imo a complete waste of money
