Auto Shut Off Valve help

I purchased an auto shut off valve from TBAquatics. I am going to use a glass tank as the top off resovoir. How can I mount the valve without drilling the tank? Or is there no other option? If so how do you drill the hole in the tank without breaking it.

Dremel with a standard diamond bit and a spray bottle is pretty easy.
