What are you planning on keeping in the tank(Sps, just fish)? I have a mag18 running on my 105. Also are you planning on running any GFO, Carbon reactors or Uv light off the return pump also?

The only submersible pump I would consider are the Eheims. I have multiple Mag pumps that do not restart after a shut down for maintenance. I have to pull them out for a good whack.

I have to agree with Warren on this. While they don't always need a whack to restart, they do often enough to be annoying, especially if they aren't easily reachable.
Submersibles run cooler than external pumps as well. External pumps tend to heat the water by 2-3 degrees more when running.

Assuming it is a dual overflow 120, I see no issue with running something in the neighborhood of 1200gph (sump? what size?). Don't forget to consider how much head loss you will have also.

Good idea to post a Want to Buy thread for the pump - it will get noticed more there (besides, you aren't supposed to post looking for stuff here on the general forums :)).

Eheim 1262 is a great pump.

The only problem with making recommendations is what Kathy eluded to.
How many (and what size) are your overflows? How high are you returning the water (from sump floor to top of tank)? How many ball valve, unions, 90's, bushings, wye's, T's, etc. will be in the return line? These fittings will each add 1' to the estimated vertical backpressure you have to take into consideration when deciding which pump to go with.
