Diy self sump help.

Hey everyone i have a 55 gallon fish tank that i want to have as a sump for my new 220 tank, does anyone know who can do this for me? help me out design something similar to what i have under my 120 now , refugium 4 socks. im in long island new york if anyone lives here that can do it for me great looking to get this done soon, also must be very clean work.
