acclimating sps to lights

got some new sps
I have maxspect leds
They are on the bottom of the tank now but
how do i know when to move them up and how quickly
do i need to start them on the bottom if they were under leds in their previous tank already?

all depends on what leds the other person had and what sps, i always start them low and every 2 weeks bring them higher. some sps need high light and other dont need that much. My digi do great in less light then more.What sps you buy Bob

you can see if they're happy/unhappy with their placement. just pay attention to the tips and color. It may take a while for the polyps to come out and fully extend... you can pretty much google anything to see general placement in terms of light and flow.

i have maxspect as well and i usually place all my sps in the middle of the tank, and so far so good, nothing wrong

got this last week not sure if it need high light or not
and how slow to move it up
