Hello All.

I own a store in Dutchess County, NY called Fishtopia Aquaria. I've owned it since we opened in 2004.

My wife and I have made a big decision to relocate to North Carolina hopefully by the end of the summer. I would like to sell my store before moving my family 800 miles away.

The store is fully operational and would include all tanks, equipment, fixtures, stock, longterm great lease, etc.

Its less than a 1/2 mile off the highway (I-84).

if i was in a position to buy there would be no doubt i would take over the store john, for those who are possibley interested, the store hasa great location on rt 52 right off i84, very clean store and set-up well. lol and i think those are the pic's i had taken

As Rick said, its right off I-84 exit 12 on Main Street (route 52) in Fishkill.
