Hi all,
I have (2) Wingo Gland Slam LED bars & the optional dimmable controllers for sale. Each bar has 1/2 royal blue LED's and 1/2 regular blue LED's. They're really bright, and the blues really pop through my 400W Radium lights w/ 4 T5's.
Each bar has 2 channels & are independently dimmable. The bars run relatively ok - not too hot, but slightly warm. This product is extremely well-made: the actual bars, the dimmable controllers and the cables & connectors. Each of the bars are made of what appears to be a hunk of solid aluminum and have a nice feel to them. You will not be dissapointed in the quality of everything!
Regrettably I'm selling these due to my own difficulties with finding a good way to hang these over my open-top tank in conjunction with my existing Giesemann fixture. My original plans called for having a welded, steel, powdercoated square frame, but my regular steel guy is MIA
These are virtually brand new. I picked these up from Wingo this past Thursday, 09/01/11. The bars were burned in for 4 hours.
IMO this would work well in most applications, including canopies. Each of the bars have extendable rails that would allow for placement directly on top of the tank, by sitting on the side glass edges.
Each of bars also come with a pair of nice hanging cables.
I'm asking $200 for each all-blue LED bar, with the optional controller and cables. I accept PayPal and cash. Trades will be considered at my discretion.
Pickup is at Flushing or Great Neck, depending on the time and day. I would not recommend shipping due to the the original boxes not having enough padding and for me not having a large-enough box to repack.
