It eats frozen mysis or krill from the water column, from feeding tongs or eats what lands on the rocks or the substrate. This is not a common lionfish and a very tough one to train.
There is nothing wrong with it, I just want to get more smaller fish and something in my tank keeps eating them.

Thanks. I love the lines and colors on this. These are not as common as the volitans and they won't get as large. They are really difficult to start eating but once they do they are great in tanks.
I think I ha e some video of it eating.

I'm not getting out, I just want to get some inverts and smaller fish that this one will eat.
