Hello everybody
Finally, after a looong preparation time (those involved know what I am talking about) and countless hours of hard work, I upgraded to a 100g all custom tank. I am planning to do my first tank thread, so that is coming soon. Anyway, because of the upgrade, I have tons of items for sale. I would like to post rules first so there's no misunderstanding later, I hope you understand:
-no lowballing- I really need money to pay off my upgrade and I tried to price everything good, please let me know if I'm wrong on any of the items I listed. I can give you a deal if you buy more items, obviously
-I can ship smaller items at buyer's expense if you paypal me first (if you would not want to sent payment as a gift, we can split fees)
-the tank and stand- I can help you get it down (elevator building) and I have an SUV so if you'd like to use me to deliver
, I can help you with that if you wish to sponsor gas&tolls
-all items comes with everything I listed and nothing I did not
-I am located in Bay Ridge area of Brooklyn and can deliver some stuff if you are in close proximity and buy more than one item
Thanks for understanding, here's the good part:
57g Oceanic tank and stand+ custom made acrylic sump and light hanging kit. The tank is 36x18x20 high and it features what Oceanic called clear glass. It's kinda staphire, but not as clear as my new tank's glass. There is one visible scratch in the front, other than that it is looking good. It has a corner overflow with durso standpipe, a wooden trim on the bottom and plastic on top. The stand is not usual cheap fiberboard, instead it's made of plywood and has two doors with no center column. The stand is holding strong, however salt got to some parts so the paint is worn out here and there (think of it as a worn out hardwood floor). Structuraly though it is just fine. I will add free under cabinet light to it.
Now the sump dimensions are 22x14x14, it has a 7? filter sock holder, two holes for external pumps (capped if you don't use them) and three chambers, one with bubble trap.. I could fit an eheim 1260 and SWC skimmer in the last section without problem.
The sump comes with all pipes to plumb it into the tank (I did all the plumbing with PVC and you have shut off valve and manifold with valve to run reactors out of return pump flow) Lock-line return dual outputs
The light hanger is made of those shelf solutions from home depot (see pic) and it held my DIY LED lights without problem. To best judge the tank&stand&sump quality, come see it yourself
The only thing I cannot do because of lack of space is cleaning the back wall and sump from coraline, so I leave it to potential buyer.
Tank+stand+sump+light hanger- I would like to get $250
Equipment
Pinpoint pH monitor with probe $40- the probe is 1.5 years old, it's still good but it's days are numbered. The monitor works without issues and it takes 9V battery to operate.
Two BRS-style reactors with brackets $30 for both (can be mounted on underside of stand's top). They both have media holders, one for carbon and one for GFO. I've had it plumbed to my return pump and they work good for a 50-75g tank
