i used this for exactly 1 month, it's in brand new condition. This is a magnetic ballast which overdrives the bulb to put out max PAR. The ballast has built in fan and runs super cool. Combine it with this pendant and bulb for 75 bucks package deal. That means You have a full 250 Watt MH setup for 75 bucks when the bulb alone cost that.
