FS: $241 Upgraded Solana Setup - inTank, Tunze, etc

SOLD GONE.

This is the newer Starphire version with low iron glass on the viewable panes of glass. This is the 34 gallon version.

Broke this tank down because of an upgrade to a much bigger system. When I had it running it was a thriving tank with lots of SPS and livestock. Everything works great, no leaks.

The system has seen about 4 months of use so it's relatively not very old at all.

Package includes:

  • Stock Current Skimmer
  • inTank Media Rack
  • inTank Foam Filter Holder (makes it super easy to change out and prevents drops)
  • Original Glass Top
  • Custom cut acrylic top with a rectangular cut out to allow you full use of a light unblocked.
  • Biocube Stand

That custom top alone cost me $125 to get made. I used a Sol Blue over the tank and it fits it perfectly. Other rectangular lights like the Vega will work just as well.

The top is critical in cutting down on evap and it also saved a bunch of fish from a painful carpet surfing death.

$241 for the entire thing.

SOLD GONE.

Will also grade for strong lights or strong skimmers. (In the $300+ range) Or an MP40w

PICK UP ONLY I have no car and no way to get it to you. Located near Union Square in Manhattan.

IF you want to use a quality skimmer I also have for sale seperately a Tunze 9002 Skimmer with the inTank collection cup that allows you to use it in the Solana. This is also only 4 months old but broken in very nicely so it's producing great skim and not putting out microbubbles like all new ones will do.

$97 for the 9002 plus inTank cup.

If you buy both tank and 9002 skimmer, I will throw in the inTank underwater light for growing chaeto and knock $20 off the whole thing.

I only owned it over the winter so I have no idea.

You can probably hook up a fan to blow from the back of the tank to out of the hole which will help a lot in cooling but will affect evap of course.

This will also cool your lights.
