40B setup F/S

I have a 40 breeder, DIY stand, Amiracle sump, 36" Hagen t5, and 30-40lbs DIY dry rock. The tank is drilled with 1 1/2" drain. All plumbing is included and brand new, bulkhead, street elbow, strainer, true union, ball valve. Back of tank is black (freshly painted). Sump drip tray is modded as a sock holder (sock included). Light works better suspended over tank instead of on top (needs o-rings replaced in end caps).
Asking $250 for whole package.
