IMPORTANT: I know in this hobby everyone changes their mind and quickly. I will not hold unless a holding fee has been received. I will hold payment upto 24-48 hours depending on your expected pick up date and anything further than that if you flake, you lose out on 50%. This is only because I have several interested parties and do not want to get flaked on with others waiting.

Please do not PM me with offers as the prices are on point. Everything is in great condition and will be run through solution to be cleaned tonight (cs1 and mp10s). The maxspect will be turned off and boxed for the owner as well. My replacement equipment will be placed on the tank so that it reduces any cause of alarm or wait time when picking up.

Second owner and only had it for 2 months. I never set the timer as the time was pretty consistent with what I wanted before I had to even touch it. Turns off before 12am. lol I haven't even touched the system enough in the last 2 months to verify when the turn on is.

Yes, I have been busy with the evo and should get some red slime remover, change my filters for my RODI and get some GFO a.s.a.p.

I have been wrenching on the evo a lot more so that's why I rather go FOWLR and get some non-reef safe fish that have always peeked my interest. Boxfish, pufferfish, sick wrasses etc.

The CS1 is identical to the BM NAC7 assembled but a better pump. I have no issues turning it off and it producing perfect bubbles on startup!
